KIDS was established in 1970 by John Mulcahy, a teacher who became concerned about the development of a disabled child in one of his classes. John wanted to improve communication with this child and sought guidance from the child's mother. This in turn established the KIDS ethos of working in partnership with parent and carers to enable disabled children and young people to develop their skills and abilities and to fulfil their potential, hopes and aspirations.
In 2003, KIDS merged with KIDSACTIVE, previously known as the Handicapped Adventure Play Association. KIDSACTIVE was founded in 1966 by Lady Allen of Hurtwood, one of the pioneers in the field of adventure play who believed that disabled children had the right to adventurous play.
KIDS is a charity which in its 38 years has pioneered a number of approaches and programmes for disabled children and young people. These include Home Learning (Portage), Parent Partnerships, Adventure Playgrounds and the inclusion of disabled children in mainstream settings and craft kits for children. KIDS wishes to build on this history to meet the needs and aspirations of a new generation of disabled children and young people and their families. In doing this KIDS will become one of the leading charities in developing both the thinking and services that create an inclusive world for disabled children, young people and their families.

Audi Technology
Audi new cars are packed with new technology and at is Frankfurt show it demonstrated some of its new electric trickery.More than just a showcase for an electric drivetrain Audi has used the e-tron to demonstrate some real near-production technology. Most obvious are the company's LED lights that are fitted to its cars and which can adapt to the weather conditions of the day and set the lights illumination accordingly. There is also a car recognition system too, which also scans traffic and the environment via its communication between vehicles. This helps both the flow of traffic and hence economy and range of cars included. The e-tron also uses clever heat exchangers to warm and chill its interior of the cars making driver comforts more appealing to. With features like this it can only make Audi go from strength to strength

Setting goals
Setting Goals
For success and setting your goals, you must start taking action and work towards them. Depending on what success you need to achieve and the goals you have set, some of these actions may take more courage than others. By having courage you will be able to start taking or making positive actions and it is always worthwhile to remember that any decision you make to achieve a goal is worthless if you are not willing and don't have the courage to take action to achieve it. So once you have decided to do something, you need to get on and do it, instead of just thinking about it. To assist you in getting on with your, you must have self belief that you can achieve these goals you have set and the action required to carry them out. It is important to remember that your own level of self esteem and self belief play an important in your ability to achieve the goals you have set. This self belief will also drive your determination to continue your actions towards your goals and this is what creates success and achievement. It is important to remember that the state of your mind has a lot to do with what you can and will achieve. This means that you are going to need a lot more courage and determination to try to reach your goal because your mind thinks it can't achieve it. Crafting your kids actions and education will help with their courage. If you tell yourself and your mind that you can do it and convince your own self belief that you will reach your goal set, then you have told your mind that you are able to do it and this will start to make the task a little easier, although there may still be hurdles along the way. This self belief and self esteem is particularly important in the example of losing weight. We have all probably tried it at sometime in our life but why on some occasions we can achieve it and some occasions we may not. Usually it is because their is some specific drive and determination set in our minds and because we are fed up with the way we are and have set a new goal for the way we want to look gives us more ambition to stick to the new eating regime (it sounds more exciting than sticking to a diet) and thus we start losing weight and achieve success. The more weight we lose and the more success we achieve, the more we believe we can reach our ultimate goal and yes I will be wearing that special dress on that special occasion and will feel great about myself.

Audi Quattro System
The original Audi Quattro competition car debuted in 1980, first as a development car, and then on a formal basis in the 1980 Janner Rally in Austria. The idea for a high four-wheel drive car was proposed by Audi's chassis engineer, Jörg Bensinger, in 1977, when he found that the Volkswagen IItts jeep could outperform any other vehicle in snow, no matter how powerful. Bensinger's idea was to start developing an Audi 80 variant in co-operation with Walther Treser, Director of Pre-Development. Audi Quattros are often referred to among their owners and enthusiasts by their engine codes, to differentiate between the earlier and later versions: the earliest 2144 cc 10v being the "WR" engine, the 2226 cc 10v being the "MB" engine, and the later 20v being the "RR" engine. Hence, Quattro models may be referred to as either the WR Quattro, MB Quattro, and RR or "20v" Quattro, respectively. The rally car largely based on the bodyshell of the road-going Quattro models (in contrast to the forthcoming Group B cars), the engine of the original competition version produced approximately 300bhp and was one of the cars that was hard to beat in its time.

The Audi RS4

Audi's are said to be well made cars and very comfortable. but if you were looking for more of a drivers car you would head for the Audi garage and at the very last minute you would veer off towards the BMW garage and buy a BM instead. However now a days the Audi's are making a come back with many of good models coming out of the Audi stable. Particularly with the Audi RS4. This car states style just when you look at it . With its fat aches and bigger alloy wheels, the lovely sports seats you see when you peer through the window make you realize that this Audi means business.Of course Audi cars for sale in the past that looked the part with their Quattro that used to dominate the rally scene back in the eighties and nineties. But this RS4 just looks even better. It is not quite so over the top as the older models and it seems to still fit in if you were out on a Sunday drive with the kids in back or even if you were going to the office on a business meeting you wouldn't come across too much of a wide boy either.getting into the Audi RS4 shows you it means business, the seats grip well and the whole interior is made very well and with the flat bottom steering tells you that this is a car focused on the driver and ready for action. With a big V8 4.2 litre 4 cam engine bursting into life and giving a more of a growl rather than a stutter the offbeat burble lets you know this car is something special. With a six speed gearbox and the ratios perfectly matched to get you through the rev range quickly and 0-60 in around 4.8 seconds.

Teaching your kids yourself is very important as well as their learning at school. The education they learn fro school will teach them the basics of passing exams and dealing with general school subjects , but the lack of financial aspects of learning the schools fall short in this department. Especially if you want your child to be successful when he or she grows up , you will need to start teaching kids trends early the idea of looking after their finances. As soon as your child leaves school they will have to make decisions on how to manage the rest of their life. A large part of life will be spent being able to deal with money. It is important to teach them the difference between an asset and a liability so they can make the distinction quickly and not waste to much money on liabilities. A lot of students leave school and go on to college or university and start to build up liabilities and loans just to get them through those years of studying. They are rarely taught anything about investments or building up assets and go through their education life just learning how to get a job. Teachers do not teach them anything about wealth or investments because they are just teachers in a job themselves. so financial education has to start from home, from the parents and taking aids from the experts who have made it wealthy in this world. "Rich dad Robert Kiyosaki", "Donald Trump", Russ Witney and many others that can make a difference in a child's life from an early age. Investing money for the future can be one of the best methods of making money if you invest in the right markets. Starting your own business can be very important to an individuals life, so be aware that people who go to college and university might be trained in following a specialist field which can in turn send them down the job route. So be aware their are other options to take into account.
